Join Our Team as a Customer Success Executive
Location: London (Hybrid, at least 1 day a week in London)
Salary: £30-35k + Quarterly Bonus

As a Customer Success Executivce, you'll be at the heart of our client journey. From seamless onboarding to continuous support and growth, you’ll combine relationship management with a sharp commercial acumen. Your mission: deliver tailored, value-driven experiences while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and ensure our clients get the most out of our platform.

What You'll Be Doing
· Guiding clients through onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring they feel empowered to use our platform effectively.
· Troubleshooting with expert knowledge of our features and integration capabilities.
· Understanding each client’s needs to deliver a personalised approach and foster long-term partnerships.
· Maintaining a net positive churn rate, with a keen eye for upsell and growth opportunities.
· Sharing client success stories with the broader team to drive improvements and innovation.
· Collaborating with teams and using tools like CRMs to map accounts and maximise their potential.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines exceptional interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset. Here's what makes you a great fit:
· Proven sales experience and a talent for account management, upselling, and renewals.
· Confidence delivering training and workshops, whether online or in person.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· A consultative approach to understanding client needs and driving progress.
· A proactive, analytical, and phone-first attitude.
Familiarity with major recruitment CRMs and experience leveraging platforms like Hinterview to drive success will set you apart.
